Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed for shipping.
• To cancel an order, contact us at support@bepazo.co with your order details.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for eligible returns.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags 
• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 30 days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Customized, discounted, or final sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 3 hours of delivery.
• We will provide a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
